礦山鑿巖機(jī)系統(tǒng)中,采用智能壓力檢測(cè)控制及變頻控制系統(tǒng),自動(dòng)控制送風(fēng)壓力;采用智能檢測(cè)控制送風(fēng)壓力系統(tǒng),自動(dòng)控制空壓機(jī)的工作數(shù)量、工作頻率,滿足生產(chǎn)需求;自動(dòng)顯示現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工作狀態(tài):空壓機(jī)運(yùn)行狀態(tài),氣壓罐工作壓力;可以選擇自動(dòng)運(yùn)行及人工啟動(dòng)運(yùn)行兩種工作方式;當(dāng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)空壓機(jī)系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)故障時(shí),具有聲光報(bào)警并自動(dòng)斷電,報(bào)警功能包括電機(jī)缺相、超壓、欠壓、超載、水泵堵轉(zhuǎn)。
軟件系統(tǒng)采用PLC編程軟件梯形圖編制,設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中充分考慮了程序工作的實(shí)時(shí)性、可靠性。變頻器的工作頻率采用PID調(diào)節(jié),使系統(tǒng)工作壓力變化更加穩(wěn)定。加泵與減泵的過(guò)程充分考慮了對(duì)系統(tǒng)壓力的影響。
當(dāng)系統(tǒng)壓力低于設(shè)定壓力時(shí),自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)空壓機(jī)以變頻方式運(yùn)行,根據(jù)PID參數(shù)加大運(yùn)行頻率,當(dāng)系統(tǒng)壓力達(dá)到設(shè)定壓力時(shí),停止加大變頻器工作頻率??刂葡到y(tǒng)根據(jù)設(shè)定壓力與實(shí)際壓力的變化規(guī)律,通過(guò)PID自動(dòng)調(diào)整變頻器的輸出頻率。
高壓變頻器一般用在小功率的高壓電機(jī)中做變頻節(jié)能使用,低-高方式高壓變頻器是用低壓變頻器控制后,直接用升壓變壓器把電壓升到電機(jī)使用電壓。
未來(lái)高壓變頻調(diào)速技術(shù)將在以下八個(gè)方面得到發(fā)展,其主要表現(xiàn)為:
?、俑邏鹤冾l器將朝著大功率,小型化,輕型化的方向發(fā)展。
?、诟邏鹤冾l器將向著直接器件高壓和多重疊加(器件串聯(lián)和單元串聯(lián))兩個(gè)方向發(fā)展。
③更高電壓、更大電流的新型電力半導(dǎo)體器件將應(yīng)用在高壓變頻器中。
?、墁F(xiàn)階段,IGBT、IGCT、SGCT仍將扮演著主要的角色,SCR、GTO將會(huì)退出變頻器市場(chǎng)。
?、轃o(wú)速度傳感器的矢量控制、磁通控制和直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制等技術(shù)的應(yīng)用將趨于成熟。
?、奕鎸?shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)字化和自動(dòng)化:參數(shù)自設(shè)定技術(shù);過(guò)程自?xún)?yōu)化技術(shù);故障自診斷技術(shù)。
